Returns

Not completely satisfied with the piece? No problem. We have an easy returns guarantee. We will happily refund any painting that is returned to us within 10 days of you receiving your order (provided it is in the same condition you received it). 

Shipping your returns

To return your purchase, please contact us and we will give you the return shipping address and instructions.

Please consider using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance as we cannot guarantee that we will receive your returned item. We do not cover the cost of return shipping. 

Refunds (if applicable)

Once your return is received, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your return and that your refund will be processed.

Refunds can only be made to the same credit card or original method of payment. The credit may take a few days to appear in your account. 

Shipping charges on your purchase (if applicable) are non-refundable.

Layby items (if applicable)

Only regular priced items may be refunded, unfortunately sale or layby items cannot be refunded on returns.

Desert Doll orders

Because our Desert Doll items are print-on-demand, they are printed and made to order and we are unfortunately unable to refund your order once complete. Your consumer guarantee rights still apply.
