We ship all of our domestic orders via Australia Post Express (or courier for larger paintings) which usually takes between 1-3 business days for delivery. This includes tracking.

All of our international orders are shipped via Australia Post Air but during the current climate, we are sending orders over $800 via courier. Both options include tracking.

Delivery times vary depending on the destination and you may use this Australia Post link to estimate your delivery time. The dispatch post code is 3081. 

All unstretched paintings are rolled into cardboard mail tubes, and all stretched paintings are packed with cardboard and bubble wrap, to ensure its safe delivery to you. 

Not completely satisfied with the piece? No problem. We have an easy returns guarantee.

To return your purchase, please contact us within 10 days of receiving your artwork and we will give you the return shipping address.

We do recommend using a trackable shipping service and purchasing transit insurance. Keep in mind that, while not every postal or courier agent will know this, courier companies offer transit insurance up to $1000 only for original artwork.

Once your return is received, we will send you an email to notify you and your refund will be processed to the same payment method you purchased with. The credit may take a few days to appear in your account. 

Custom stretching costs

Because we outsource our stretching we unfortunately cannot offer refunds on any custom stretching costs for your returned painting.

We can give you instructions on how to unstretch your painting so that you can keep the stretcher frame for your next piece or project, and return the painting to us unstretched (preferably in a tube). Or you can send the fully stretched painting to us and we will refund you the painting portion of your order.

We are sorry we are unable to accept returns on layby orders longer than 3 months.
